- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 95 year old mother was brought to Montgomery a week ago after a bad fall. She had to have 10 stitches in her head, had a black eye, and was in great pain. They gave her a CAT Scan, establishing no brain injury, but not knowing if there was any concussion. They sent her home about 2 hours after she got there. Why they didn't keep a 95 year old woman with in this situation I can't understand. She has had care at home during the week since, and had a very rough time of it, but they had to bring her back today. If they had kept her in the first place, I have no doubt she would be in better shape. I wish she had been taken to a different hospital, but I had no say in it. In and out, that's all that matters to them. I am not a fan of Montgomery General.August 02, 2017by Carol Ansell
